HOMELESSNESS & HOUSING 

Pairing immigrants who are looking for accommodation with elder people who have free housing spaces in exchange of support.

Homelessness is an ignored problem. With our idea we want to bring attention to the issue of homelessness and start to break through the stigmatisation socially vulnerable people face. Via an interactive experience that the user can play through the life of someone facing homelessness to gain empathy and understanding of the problem. This will be accessible through an ad campaign all around Sweden with focus on big cities.

Companies and people can offer items and food for free or prepay for items such as socks, underwear, tampons, soap etc.People can access and donate to the vending machines/ hub through an app. The vending machines would also include an information map over homeless accesspoints in the city (shelters, food and clothes-sharing hotspots,)

ReStart Touchpoint: An AI-powered platform at shelters, connecting the homeless to jobs, resources, and community support through a user-friendly app.

Nordic Nest Link is a platform where employers find accommodation in rural areas for their hybrid/remote employees in Sweden. The platform collaborates with Universities. Employers joining this platform aim to secure housing in rural areas for their remote and hybrid employees, particularly young adults transitioning from their family homes, in an effort to address Sweden's housing challenges. Additionally, the platform collaborates with universities and higher education institutions to assist graduating students in not only securing employment but also finding suitable accommodation.
